Extensive electrical upgrade to 10 levels including 6500 Light fittings and circuits, 800 Emergency fittings, KNX Lighting Control System, Switchboard upgrades and Power Factor Correction units.
The project was completed in 11 months of day and night shifts with the building remaining operational throughout. The project reached Practical Completion 1 month early.
